Physical Education Instructor: M.P.Ed with at least 50% marks

OSSC CPGL Salary 2026
The selected candidates under OSSC CPGL Recruitment 2026 will receive a monthly salary as per Level-9 of the ORSP Rules, 2017, with a pay scale ranging from ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400 per month. The salary also includes Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other admissible benefits as per the norms of the Government of Odisha.
OSSC CPGL Selection Process 2026
The selection process for OSSC CPGL 2026 will be conducted in three stages:
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Written Examination
- Certificate Verification
Stage 1: Preliminary Examination
- The Preliminary exam will be an objective-type test.
- It will serve as a screening test to shortlist candidates for the Main Examination.
Stage 2: Main Written Examination
- The Main Exam will test subject knowledge and pedagogy.
- It will include both objective and descriptive papers depending on the post.
Stage 3: Certificate Verification
- Shortlisted candidates from the Main Exam will be called for document verification.
- Final selection will be based on performance in the Main Exam and verification of original documents.
